What we can help with
- Subscription, billing or trial questions (annual / monthly / refund routing).
- Sign-in problems with Apple or guest mode.
- Drive recording issues — missing trips, wrong distance, GPS drift.
- Smooth Score, leaderboard or friend-graph questions.
- Push notifications not arriving (we'll need your handle to debug).
- Account deletion or data export under GDPR / CCPA / KVKK.
- Bug reports and feature requests.
Help us help you faster
When you write, please include:
- Your in-app handle (e.g.
@yourname).
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The Rively version (Settings → About at the bottom).
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording, if relevant.
Self-serve
- Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rively → Cancel. We cannot cancel for you.
- Restore a purchase: Settings → Subscription in the app → Restore.
- Refund: request via reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple handles refunds for all App Store purchases.
- Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. Wipes every row + storage file tied to you.
- Change language: Settings → Language. 14 supported (English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Русский, 日本語, 한국어, العربية, Polski, Nederlands, Svenska).
